I have specific requirements for my tops and was very happy to find that FashionWorld stocked what I required. The whole search and pay experience was easy. I will definitely use FW again.

I ordered a size 7 Skechers shoes in my usual size but it was way too big so I had to send it back. Checkout and return process was straight forward. I’m only giving 4 stars because of availability of products on website. I couldn’t find what I was looking for.

All I will say DO NOT PAY ANNUAL DELIVERY Prescription unless you want delayed/late deliveries ever since I paid annual subscription ALL my deliveries have taken a lot longer to arrive.

I had ordered from Fashionworld for many years and never had any problems with deliveries or returns. Very good service.

Having expected next day delivery of my very expensive trainers, here I am still waiting two weeks later. Evri haven't even received them yet.

After three un-successful chats, I gave a negative review on their site and was emailed to say that they can't publish it as it mentions the price of the items and regards delivery. It went on to say if there were issues then to email them. Not something that easy to find on their site and, having had three chats online with overseas staff un-successfully, I'm not holding out hope.

I have asked for a full refund and will be going to my bank and asking them to request a full refund from this company for non-delivery. I have screenshot the Evri tracking as proof.
